This week we have been given the gift of SUNSHINE and WARMTH! HOORAY! I have been sooooo thankful to be able to get outside and get some fresh air. Owen has really enjoyed playing in the back yard on the swing set, running his little legs off, making all kinds of things out of sticks and rocks, and playing in the sandbox for hours! Shepard loves riding in the stroller and soaking in the sunshine, too! Last Saturday we went to the park for a picnic!

On to the rodeo... My parents came to visit and took us to the rodeo a couple weeks ago! Owen had a BLAST! He wore a real cowboy hat, boots, and a western shirt! He played the part well! He did not want to take his hat off the whole time. While there, we ate "junk," as my mom put it. You know, hot dogs, popcorn, and cotton candy. Owen told his Gram that he did NOT want to eat "junk."
That's all for now. Someone decided he wanted to be up and play at 5:15 this morning, so I'm exhausted and about to hit the hay! PS- Don't miss the new Owenisms!
